I have designed all the patterns in this book in a wide range of sizes from 36" through 52".  The underarm length of most of them is given in inches so you have your choice of the length.  With the popular over-sized look, it is easier to adjust the pattern for any style.  I have also given the sleeve lengths in inches to save you from calculating to see how long the sleeve will be when finished.  I hope you like this way of writing the patterns.  I try to make them as versatile as possible to fit all the shape possibilities.  The bust measurement of the sweaters are the actual garment measurements.  That way you can allow for the amount of ease you like and not what the designer likes.
All the garments in this book were knitted on the Brother 930.  They could easily be knitted on any standard gauge knitting machine.  I tried to give you a wide variety of styles.  The techniques include fairaisle, weaving, slip stitch, tuck stitch, and a no shape neckline.  Some have pockets, others have collars, one has a zipper instead of bands and one is knitted sideways.  This gives you a good variety of techniques to try.
