    Description

    Technical Product Bulletin
AA-BOND 201 Industrial, Fast Cure, Two Part Epoxy Adhesive, Quick Drying 5g
Takes 2 hours to hold and harden.  Do not move after 4 minutes until it fully cures.
You have 4 minute work time which is the amount of time you have to apply the product before it begins to dry.  Must work fast.  ** Buy AA-BOND 28 if you need 1 hour work time.
Industrial grade bond to all substrates.  The only two substrates which exhibit a weak bond are rubber and plastics.
Comes with two mixing tips.  Simply remove cap, twist and dispense product through the mixing tip.
The mixing tip will not be usable if you stop dispensing for an hour.  Keep tip attached until next use at which time you can replace it.

    Product Description:
AA-BOND 201 is an exceptional epoxy formulation recommended for lower temperature or wet industrial bonding applications where
FAST CURING is required. This versatile two-part epoxy system contains no solvents, mixes easily at room temperature, and is
suitable for high performance structural bonding applications where the combination of very fast room temperature curing coupled with
low shrinkage and excellent mechanical and electrical properties is needed. It develops strong, tough bonds to metals, plastics, glass
and glass fabrics, hardboards and forestry products, ceramics, rubber, masonry materials, and other construction materials.
When fully cured, AA-BOND 201 is an excellent electrical insulator, and provides superior resistance to vapors and gases, water,
galvanic action, petroleum fuels, salt solutions, and many other organic and inorganic compounds.
AA-BOND 201 develops significant properties 1 hour after mixing. However, an extended cure of 4-6 hours at 25°C is required for
    fully matured bonds.

    GENERAL INFORMATION:
For safe handling information on this product, consult the
    Material Safety Data Sheet, (MSDS).
    HOW TO USE:
    1
    .
Carefully clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded.
    2
    .
Apply AA-BOND 201 completely mixed adhesive to the prepared surfaces, and gently press these surfaces together.
    Contact pressure is adequate for strong, reliable bonds;
however, maintain contact until adhesive is completely
    cured.
    3
    .
Some separation of components is common during
shipping and storage. For this reason, it is recommended
that the contents of the shipping
    container be thoroughly
    mixed prior to use.
    4
    .
Some ingredients in this formulation provided may crystallize when subjected to low temperature storage. A gentle warming cycle of 52°C for
30 minutes prior to mixing components may be necessary. Crystallized epoxy components do not react as well as liquid components and should be
re-dissolved prior to use for best results.
