Has the 2 adaptors. 1 an arbor shaft for the drill to grip and other is the double threaded bolt to add the chuck.
Chuck has matching chuck key.

Condition:
I opened it up, cleaned out old grease and added fresh grease.
Tested with drill working great.

Mechanism are oiled and lubricated and will be working perfectly unless specified.
Tools will often have a light coat of oil or tool wax when sent, they may be slightly greasy on first touch.

Basically I clean the tools and remove rust
and/
or surface corrosion.
Oil and get the mechanisms working perfectly.
Give the metal a light polish.
Finish with light oil or wax for protection.
The result is great quality vintage tools for cheaper prices than brand new lower quality equivalents.
